These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Sanatan Swar: Mandir Arti Bhajan app (“Application”), created by (“Service Provider”), provided as an ad-supported and donation-enabled platform.

1. Purpose

  • Sanatan Swar is a spiritual platform offering bhajans, kathas, mantras, virtual mandir darshan, and Gau Seva-related awareness.
  • Users may optionally contribute voluntary donations (daan) for Gau Mata and for the maintenance of the platform.

2. Donations

  • All contributions made through the app are considered voluntary donations.
  • Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of proven technical error (as per Refund Policy).
  • Donations do not create any obligation of goods/services delivery.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Since donations are voluntary, they are generally non-refundable.
  • However, if an accidental duplicate transaction or technical error occurs, users may write to devcodes8@gmail.com within 7 days for review.
  • Refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

4. Content

  • All content is for spiritual growth and educational purposes.
  • We do not promote political or commercial agendas.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must engage respectfully and in alignment with Dharma values.
  • Any misuse, abusive behavior, or fraud attempts may result in restricted access.

6. Payments

  • Payments/donations are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Cards, Netbanking).
  • The Service Provider does not store any card/bank/UPI credentials directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to keep the app functional, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for network issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures.

8. Security of Account

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Rooting/jailbreaking devices may compromise security and app functionality.

9. Termination

  • The Service Provider may suspend/terminate user access if policies are violated.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in [your city/state].

Changes

We may periodically update these Terms. Continued use of the Application means acceptance of updates.
