This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to donations made through the Sanatan Swar: Mandir Arti Bhajan app.
Donations (Daan)
- All contributions made through the app are considered voluntary donations (daan) to support Gau Seva initiatives and the digital maintenance of the Sanatan Swar platform.
- Since these are charitable contributions, donations are generally non-refundable.
Refunds in Special Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional situations:
- Duplicate transaction – If a donor accidentally makes the same payment more than once.
- Technical error – If a payment was debited from the donor’s account but not reflected as received in our system.
- Unauthorized transaction – If payment was made fraudulently without the donor’s consent (subject to investigation).
Refund Process
- If you believe your case falls under the exceptions above, please write to us at devcodes8@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Please include:
- Transaction ID
- Date & time of payment
- Payment method used
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will investigate and, if eligible, initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Since Sanatan Swar does not provide physical goods, services, or subscriptions, there is no scope for cancellations once a donation has been processed.
Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used (UPI, Card, Netbanking, etc.).
- Processing timelines may depend on your bank/payment provider.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding refunds will rest with Sanatan Swar’s management team, keeping in view fairness and prevention of misuse.
